Owners enjoy maximum convenience without having to handle listings or negotiations. Our admin team manages everything, including tenant coordination, room availability checks, document preparation, and provides pricing and condition advice to make renting more efficient.

Contact our admin team to express your interest. We will schedule a consultation, collect information, photos, and basic conditions. Once everything is ready, our team will create and publish the listing for you.

Yes, owners can set the rental price, contract duration, additional fees (e.g., water, electricity, internet), and house rules. All details will be discussed with the admin before listing.

The service fee will be deducted from the rent paid by the tenant into the system at a rate of 10–15%.
