FlexiRent is a platform that helps you easily and safely search for and rent short-term accommodations (starting from 1 month). Our admin team supports you throughout the process—from searching, coordinating with the owner, to preparing the contract documents.

We’re more than just a listing site. Our admin team assists you every step to ensure the room is in good condition, the owner is verified, and the entire process is secure from start to finish.

Just click to express interest in the room through our system. An admin will contact you to check availability and confirm details with the owner for you.

A reservation fee is an amount paid to confirm your room booking. Once the admin informs you the room is available, you must pay within 1 hour. After that, the room will automatically be available for booking again.

You need to fill in your personal information and upload documents such as a copy of your ID card so the admin can prepare the rental contract with the owner.

You must pay 2 months of rent: 1 month for the first rental period and 1 month as a security deposit. The reservation fee you already paid will be deducted from this amount.

Pay only through the FlexiRent system for safety and transparency. We will transfer the rent to the owner on schedule.

There may be penalties as stated in the rental agreement between you and the owner. Please read and understand the conditions before signing.

Yes, you can renew the contract. You must notify at least 30 days in advance for 6–12 month contracts or 15 days for 1–3 month contracts.

After the contract ends and the room is returned in good condition, the deposit will be refunded within the specified time. If there are damages or outstanding payments, deductions will be made based on the owner’s report with supporting evidence.

You can contact our admin team at any time. We’re ready to coordinate with the owner to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

We are not a party to the rental agreement, but we will assist with initial mediation and coordination to help both sides reach a proper resolution.
